We run "Search Engine Ranking Reports for each client each month. These reports show where your website is ranking on each of your "keywords" or "search terms" on Google, Yahoo! & Bing. It also shows if we have climbed or dropped in the rankings since the last time the report was ran.

The screen shot below was taken from our Google Analytics "master account" and it shows the changes in the percentage of visitors to some of our clients sites.

We typically recommend that clients "cast a wide net" by optimizing for many different variations of search terms that's one reason the increases are so high, of course another reason is because we are very good at this :-).
